How to book an appointment
I want to book an appointment at my GP practice. How do I do that with Evergreen Life?

To book an appointment you’ll need to create an Evergreen Life account and link to your GP. If you haven't done this already, you can GP link remotely using the NHS login button found in the app or on the website - a single username and password that allows you to access your GP services in minutes and without leaving home. Alternatively, you can link using a registration letter that your GP practice provides.
To book an appointment on your Evergreen Life app:
- Open the app and log in.
- Go to your 'GP System' and tap ‘Appointments. ’You may be prompted to enter your Evergreen Life password before accessing your GP system.
- Tap the plus button to book an appointment.
- On the next screen, you’ll be able to see the appointments available at your GP practice. You can filter appointments by clinician, or even clinic if your GP practice has enabled this. To do this, tap ‘Filter’. Use the drop-down boxes to filter on appointments you want to see.
- You can see appointments by Morning or Afternoon. Once you’ve seen an appointment you’d like to book, tap on ‘Select’ to choose a morning or afternoon appointment.
- The appointment time options will appear on the next screen. Tap‘Select’ to choose an appointment time that suits you.
- The details of the appointment you’ve selected will appear. You can also add a reason for your appointment if you wish to by typing in the text box.
- Tap ‘Book’ to confirm your appointment.
- You’ll then be prompted to add the appointment to a calendar on your phone, if you wish to. To do this tap ‘Yes.’ Then, you can edit and add the appointment on your phone diary.
That’s it! You’ve booked in for your doctor’s appointment. You’ll always be able to view any appointments you’ve made in your Evergreen Life app under the ‘Your Appointments’ section. And, if you no longer need your appointment, you can easily cancel it at the tap of a button. How do I cancel my appointment?
Please note that appointments cannot be amended after booking. You will either need to cancel and re-book or contact your practice directly.
To book a GP appointment using the Evergreen website:
- Go to the login screen.
- On the right-hand side of the page, you’ll see the ‘Appointments’ section. Click ‘Book new appointment.’
- Then, you’ll be able to see the appointments available at your GP practice. You can filter appointments by clinician, or even clinic if your GP practice has enabled this. To do this,click ‘Choose Doctor or Location’. Use the drop-down boxes to filter the appointments you want to see.
- You can see appointments by Morning or Afternoon. Once you’ve seen an appointment you’d like to book, click ‘Select.’
- The appointment time options will appear on next screen. Click‘Select’ to choose an appointment time that suits you.
- The details of the appointment you’ve selected will appear. You can add a reason for your appointment in the ‘Appointment Reason’ section.
- To confirm your appointment, click ‘Book appointment.’
That’s it! You’ve booked in for your doctor’s appointment. You’ll always be able to view any appointments you’ve made in Evergreen Life under the ‘Your Appointments’section. And, if you no longer need your appointment, you can easily cancel it at the click of a button. How do I cancel my appointment?
