How to create my Evergreen Life account
I'm a new user and I want help creating an Evergreen Life account.
Setting up a new Evergreen Life account is quick and easy. You'll only need an email address to get started – so let's go!
How to create a new Evergreen Life Account on the Evergreen Life App:
If you've not already done so, download the Evergreen Life App from either the Apple App Store or the Google Play store.
- Open the app.
- At the login page, tap on ‘Create an Account’.
- Enter a display name (the name that will appear in your account profile)
- Enter an email address. This cannot currently be an address that is used by another Evergreen Life account.
- Enter a password of your own choosing. Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters in length and must contain at least 1 upper case character, at least 1 lower case character and at least 1 number.
- Tap on create an account.
- Please take the time to read our terms of use. Tap on ‘Accept’ to continue.
- Please review our data sharing options and opt-in or opt-out by tapping in the relevant boxes. Tap ‘Next’.
- Please take the time to read our Privacy Policy. Tap ‘Continue’.
That’s it, you’re ready to go!

How to create a new Evergreen Life Account on the Evergreen Life Website:
- On the login page, click on ‘Create an account’.
- Enter your email address and name where prompted.
- Enter a password of your own choosing. Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters in length and must contain at least 1 upper case character, at least 1 lower case character and at least 1 number.
- Select a security question and provide an answer to the question. You will be asked this question if you ever need to reset your password.
- Click the ‘I am not a robot’ check box. Before you create the account, you may wish to take some time to read our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- Click on ‘Create Account’.
That’s it, you’re ready to go!
