Here at Evergreen Life, we pride ourselves on providing a personal service to both practice staff and users of Evergreen Life services. Our Customer Support Team provide assistance via telephone, live chat, email and via online contact forms.
We actively encourage practices to pass any patients with questions about GP Online Services onto our team, based in Manchester. They will quickly get to the bottom of any issues and inform your patients on how to resolve their problem. If it’s something that can’t be fixed right away, we’ll ensure any problems are passed onto our Development Team who will work with our Customer Support Team and your patients to resolve it.
Our Customer Support Team are also available to answer any questions that your practice staff may have and support them in making sure you are making the most of your time with your patients.
