How to cancel an appointment
I need to cancel my doctor’s appointment. How do I cancel an appointment using Evergreen Life?
Sometimes things come up and you can’t make a doctor’s appointment anymore. Or perhaps you just no longer need it at all. Not to worry– you can easily cancel appointments you’ve made at your GP practice without even phoning up the surgery.
To book and cancel GP appointments you’ll need to create an Evergreen Life account and link it to your GP system. If you haven't done this already, you can GP link remotely using NHS login - a single username and password that allows you to access your GP services in minutes and without leaving home. Take a look at our guide for linking using NHS login. Alternatively, you can link using a registration letter that your GP practice provides.
- Log in to your Evergreen Life app.
- Go to your 'GP Services' and tap ‘Appointments.’ You may be prompted to enter your Evergreen Life password before accessing your GP system.
- Here, you’ll see a list of any upcoming appointments you have scheduled at your GP practice.
- To cancel an appointment, simply press ‘Cancel’ next to the appointment you no longer want.
That’s it! You’ll always be able to view any appointments you’ve made in your Evergreen Life app under the ‘Your Appointments’ section. Still want an appointment? Click here if you want to know how to book another appointment.
