How to reset my password

I'm trying to log into my Evergreen Life account, but I can't remember my password. How do I reset my password?

If your username or password combination is not letting you log in to Evergreen Life, then you can use your email address to request a password reset. Follow the steps in this article and you should be back into your account in a few minutes.

How to reset your password in the Evergreen Life App:

  1. On the login screen, tap on ‘Forgotten Password?’
  2. Where prompted, enter the email address you use to access your account.
  3. Tap Send’.
  4. We'll send an email to the address you've provided. You'll normally get this within a minute, but please allow up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive. (Occasionally these emails are blocked by your email provider – if you don't see the email in your Inbox, please check your spam/junk email filters in case it's there.)
  5. Make a note of the 4-digit temporary password in the email.
  6. Go back to the Evergreen Life app and login, using the 4-digit code as your password.
  7. If you've setup a security question you'll be asked to answer it. Type your answer into the box provided and then tap ‘Answer’
  8. Enter a new password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one upper case character, at least one lower case character and at least one number.
  9. If you'd like to see the password you have entered before confirming, tap on the ‘eye’ icon to the right of the password box.
  10. Tap on ‘Confirm New Password’. 

You'll now be logged back into your account!

How to reset your password on the Evergreen Life website:

  1. On the login page, click on ‘Forgotten your login details?’
  2. When prompted, enter the email address you use to access the account.
  3. Tick the ‘I'm not a robot’ check box (you may be asked to complete a simple test here)
  4. Click on ‘Reset Password’
  5. We'll send an email to the address you have provided. You'll normally get this within a minute, but please allow up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive. (Occasionally these emails are blocked by your email provider – if you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk email filters in case it's there.)
  6. Make a note of the 4-digit temporary password in the email.
  7. Go back to the Evergreen Life website and enter your temporary password where you would usually enter your password.
  8. If you've set up a security question you'll be asked to answer it now. Type your answer into the box provided and then click ‘Continue.’
  9. Enter a new password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one upper case character, at least one lower case character and at least one number.
  10. Click on ‘Save Password.’

You'll now be logged back into your account!
