What is my NHS number?

A quick guide to help you find your NHS number

You may find that you need to know your NHS number. This information is only available in accounts that are linked to GP practices in England. If your Evergreen Life account is not linked to a GP practice in England, you'll need to contact your practice directly.

To find your NHS number in the Evergreen Life app:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Tap GP NHS
  3. Go to your GP services
  4. Tap My GP Account
  5. You will find your NHS number within 'My Details'

To find your NHS number on the Evergreen Life website:

  1. Log in to your account: https://e-life.co.uk/Login‍
  2. Go to Settings / My GP
  3. You will find your NHS number below your practice's address
