Online Pharmacy delivery information
Please note that it may take up to 14 calendar days for your prescription to be delivered, when ordering with an Online Pharmacy. You can check the status of your GP prescription and of the online pharmacy delivery via the 'Prescriptions' section in your Evergreen Life app or website.
There are two stages before your medication reaches you:
- GP approval
Some repeat prescription requests are reviewed by your GP practice each time they're ordered, while others are approved automatically as part of Electronic Repeat Dispensing (ERD). GP processing times vary depending on how your repeat prescription is set up, but many requests are processed within 1-2 working days. - Pharmacy processing and delivery
Once your GP has approved your prescription and sent it to your chosen online pharmacy, the pharmacy will carry out its own checks before preparing and dispatching your medication. Delivery times then depend on the online pharmacy you've chosen.

Chemist4U
Chemist4U is a UK-based online pharmacy offering free, fast and discreet delivery of NHS prescriptions to your door.
Once Chemist4U receives your approved prescription from your GP, it will normally be checked by a Chemist4U pharmacist on the same working day before being processed and dispatched within 1 working day. Prescriptions are sent using a tracked Royal Mail service and usually arrive within 2 working days after dispatch.
You'll receive updates when Chemist4U receives your prescription, when it's been checked and approved for dispensing, when it's been dispatched, and while it's on its way to you with tracking details.
PillTime
PillTime is an online NHS pharmacy offering free home delivery and an optional pouching service, where your medication is organised into clearly labelled, easy-to-open, dose-specific pouches.
Once PillTime receives your approved prescription from your GP, your medication should usually be delivered within 10 calendar days.
