How long does delivery take?

Pharmacy2U recommend placing your order 7-10 days before you need it to arrive. This ensures your GP and the pharmacy team have enough time to get your medication to you.

Where can my medication be delivered to?

Your medication can be delivered to any UK address. This can be your home, work, to a neighbour or member of your family – whichever suits you best!

Delivery is always free and will be delivered by Royal Mail. You can choose to have it posted through your letterbox or left in a safe place if you're not home. In some cases, a signature will be needed, for example if you are ordering controlled drugs.

Is this service free?

Yes, Pharmacy2U cover the cost of their service features, including delivery, to ensure the service is free for our patients and at no extra cost to the NHS.
