How to get your prescriptions delivered to your door

I want to order a repeat prescription. How can I choose where it's delivered to?

Get your drugs delivered direct to your door with Evergreen Life - taking the hassle out of collecting your medications.

How does it work?

The EPS (Electronic Prescription Service) sends your prescriptions electronically to your chosen pharmacy. This means you no longer have to collect paper prescriptions from your GP practice, and instead can go straight to your nominated pharmacy or any UK address (like your home, office or another safe place) to pick up your medicines or medical appliances.

To order repeat prescriptions, you first need to make sure your Evergreen Life account is linked to your GP system.

If you haven't yet linked your account, you can GP link remotely using NHS login - a single username and password that allows you to access your GP services in minutes and without leaving home. Alternatively, you can link using a registration letter that your GP practice provides.

If you need to change your payment type, you can do so at time of ordering your repeat prescription.

Delivery address

When ordering your repeat prescription via your chosen Online Pharmacy for the first time, you will be asked to enter your delivery address. From this point on, you will only need to confirm the address is still correct. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact the online pharmacy directly.

I received something different to what I ordered

You may find that the name of your delivered medication is different to what you requested. Your Practice or Pharmacy may decide to supplement your medication with an alternative medication. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your supplemented medication, please contact your GP Practice.

Reverting to my nominated pharmacy

If you have changed your mind and no longer wish to use an Online Pharmacy, you can make the change and revert back to a nominated pharmacy in the prescription section of your account. Once you have done this, you can continue to use Evergreen Life to request your repeat prescriptions.

Where is my order?

You can check the status of your GP prescription and of the Online Pharmacy delivery via the 'Prescriptions' section in your Evergreen Life app. Please note that it may take 1 - 2 days for your GP practice to approve your request. The Online Pharmacy cannot process your order until your GP has approved your request. It may then take up to 10 days for the order to be processed, followed by up to 5 working days for delivery.
